Our Famous Aged Beef

We buy only the finest corn-fed mid-western beef. Aging takes four to six weeks and results in a significant loss of weight through shrinkage. It is therefore more costly but produces rich, flavorful beef which is naturally tender.

Rare: Very red, cool center
Medium Rare: Red, warm center
Medium: Pink center
Medium Well: Slightly pink center
Well: No pink

Prime Rib of Beef ~ 38.50 16-18 oz. Roasted three hours and served with baked potato, fresh broiled mushrooms and horseradish sauce. We cannot guarantee availability in the late evening hours. (Larger Cuts Available)
